Pricing questions
What is an active patient? +
An active patient is anyone with an active nutrition plan or appointment in the last 90 days. The active patient count is calculated at the start of each month for billing.
Can I change my plan later? +
Yes. You can upgrade or move to a higher tier, add feature bundles, or change seat count at any time. Changes apply from the next month.
How does annual billing work? +
You pay for 10 months and get 12: Basic is $100 or ₪300 a year, Clinic is $390 or ₪1,200 a year.
Will prices include VAT? +
We’ll confirm final pricing before launch. Any applicable tax will be added at billing based on your clinic’s location and local regulations.
