Set up your clinic identity
Before you start building plans, let Clynevia know your clinic name and colors — so every plan carries your identity, not a generic look.

Before you start
Make sure you have permission to edit clinic settings. Have your clinic name, brand initial letter, contact details, and primary brand color ready. This information appears on shared plans and printouts, so choose something that represents your practice well.
Add the clinic details
- Open Settings from the side navigation.
- Go to the Clinic identity section.
- Enter your clinic name, brand initial letter, contact details (phone), then choose the primary color that represents your brand.
- Save your changes — the updates apply directly to shared plans and printouts.
Where the identity appears
Your clinic identity shows up on shared plan pages (the ones you send to patients via link) and on print templates that support branding. This way every plan looks professional and carries your name. If you need to update anything later, come back to the same place in Settings.
